Using a collage of images taken from places I’ve considered home, I screen printed the top 32-foot panel in a color-shifting repeating pattern. I then scanned that panel  and used the scan as the source image for the screen printed panel beneath it. I repeated this process, each time passively introducing more errors, glitches, misprints, variations, and fuzziness into the image until it became unrecognizable, while providing clear reference points to track the degradation.
